Looking Back:
As I peered through the numerous stories and notes I have taken throughout the semester, I can genuinely say I have learned a great deal. I have never considered myself a reader or a strong writer, but I feel like harboring those thoughts are what limits your ability to grow in those skills. So, I am no longer saying I am a bad reader or writer, rather I am a learning writer and reader. Although this class started off very overwhelming and intimidating, I have slowly gotten used to how things work together. I have given myself a schedule that works to make sure I complete assignments and readings in a timely manner. I feel like this has really enhanced the quality and substance of my notes and stories.
Another aspect of this course that I have enjoyed, can be attributed to designing the layout for my portfolio and blog website. I was extremely thrilled with the opportunities available to make the website my own and cater to my individual aesthetic. I love being creative, so it was super fun to make each website my own. I have always wanted to start a blog, so utilizing the different aspects of my blog and portfolio project has provided me with so much knowledge and many ideas. I would say my biggest accomplishment for both my blog and portfolio websites, have been writing my own stories and still finding ways to relate them back to the wide range of stories we read in the Ramayana and Mahabharata. I also strive to leave a detailed lesson at the end of my stories to create a deeper comprehension of the morals the original stories obtain.

The image I chose as my favorite, is from my story called "The Ballad of Alice". It is my favorite because it describes me as a person. I am definitely the type of person that sincerely appreciates going to a coffee shop and relaxing. There is something so homely about the atmosphere of coffee shops. Additionally, I usually routinely take my homework and study materials to the coffee shop, because it is such a relaxing environment that allows me to focus. Overall, the image is very tranquil and serene, and those are things that I tend to seek out in life.
Looking Forward:
Moving forward in this class, I would like to work on my punctuations and proofreading. I can sometimes be a fast speaker, which occasionally translates into me also reading faster. This results in grammatical errors being made without proper conscious acknowledgment. I will continue breaking down parts of my story to see what needs to be altered where. I would also like to try different note-taking strategies, to see if there is a change in my future stories to come. I think the way you take notes has a significant effect on how you are able to piece together your own stories. Lastly, I will continue trying to incorporate different methods of writing so I can make it easier for my audience to connect with them.
